How long will it take to get my order?

It takes around 2-4 days for your order to get processed. Once it has been processed then you will get a tracking number through your email.

Difference between PM3 & PM5

The PM5 monitor is the latest version and is Bluetooth enabled which allows you to connect to various third parts apps.

Compatible apps

  • Erg data - track your total distance covered
  • RowEXR - similar to zwift but for rowing, watch your avatar cover the rivers

How often should I get my Concept2 serviced ?

As long as you keep the chain lubricated and clean after every use then these machines are built to stand the test of time
If any parts are required they’re easy accessible on the concept2 website

What is the warranty policy?

30 days as standard.

Trouble connecting to the internet

Make sure the time & date is set correctly on the monitor, if that doesn’t work then perform a factory reset. By selecting settings (top right corner), all settings, bike factory reset.

This will not erase your profile or anything important on the bike

Is it a bike or a bike+?

The bike plus has a 180° swivel screen, bigger than the standard model and the letters are in a metal font down the sides of the main frame, whereas standard bike doesn’t have these features and are stickers opposed to metal lettering.

Is my Peloton Tread part of the recall?

No, all treads available in the UK are NOT part of any recall.

Can I watch YouTube or use the screen for other apps?

You must purchase the Peloton subscription first and then you have access to some other third party applications, such as Netflix, Disney plus (correct at the time of writing)

Do I need the subscription to use my Peloton?

No, it is not essential for you to purchase the subscription straightaway, there are 3 ‘sample classes’ to choose from and a ‘just ride’ which means you can get on the bike/ tread and work at your hearts content.
However to benefit from the full peloton experience, I would recommend getting the subscription.

How often should I get my Peloton Serviced?

Peloton themselves suggest not to book the bike in for a service unless something goes wrong with it. They are designed for home use and are very well made pieces of equipment

How to check ride time?

Only available on the v2 Kickr bike, download the wahoo app, connect to the bike and it will show you the total mileage ridden.

Is my kickr bike a v1 or v2?

Look at the Part number on the white sticker on either [1] for KICKR BIKEs, the back side of the center mast, below the crank, WF1 for version1 or WF2 for version2 or [2] BIKE SHIFT, the inside of the left rear leg, most easily seen from the right.

Is my atom a first gen (v1) or Next Generation v2?

Check serial code if it starts with 260 then its a v1 and starting with 261 means its a v2

How often should I get my Wattbike Serviced?

Wattbike themselves suggest not to book the bike in for a service unless something goes wrong with it. We have personally seen bikes with over 10 days ride time with no service history still performing as they should.
