Refund policy

Please note, all gym equipment sold is second hand unless stated otherwise.

We have a 30 day warranty return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if a problem arrises.

All items can be shown in full working order before collecting / dispatched as per request via video if item is being delivered or in person if collecting, from our unit in Dorset, UK.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in-which you received it, any modifications or attempt to fix it yourself will void the warranty and you will not qualify for a return. The delivery fee is NON refundable. If returning the item ensure it is wrapped up the same way it arrived (bubble wrap etc). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Returns via courier include a £70 surcharge 

Returns via couriers can only be collected from the ground floor level and please make sure you have 1 or 2 people available to help the courier lift the item into their vehicle. 

If you live in an apartment or flat without lift access to fit the item in. Please let us know before hand. Additional charges may apply.

If the problem is requiring a missing part. e.g. power lead or something reasonable easy to fit. we will do our best to get the required part sent to you via post, free of charge, and the buyer can resolve the issue that way  

Any abuse or hateful language towards our staff at My Gym Equipment has zero tolerance and will void your warranty. Please treat us with respect as mistakes do happen but we will ensure the outcome is positive.

30 day warranty starts from the day of receiving item.

Items that have been stored in locations exposed to harsh conditions such as high moisture or winter elements can also void warranty. These include keeping equipment outside, in a shed/garage during winter, next to an active swimming pool etc.

If your return is accepted, The couriers will send you a email/text to confirm a 3 hour timeslot for collection on a chosen day. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
All items are well wrapped during transport to do our best to prevent damage or loss. Please inspect your order upon delivery/collection and if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please refuse delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right and call our contact number immediately. We use a third party service to deliver the goods ( Correct at the time of writing ) so they are not obligated to set up / install the equipment or show you how to use it. Most but not all of the equipment will come with User Manuals which are also easily accessible on the internet. If collecting in person from our unit we can show you how it all works, just let us know in advance so we can have it ready for when you arrive.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned/refunded. For example, the basic and premium package we offer. As these are tailor made and subscription based items, not physical equipment. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items


Exchanges
If you have returned an item because of an agreed issue, we are happy to exchange it for an exact replacement or improvement.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
