Shipping policy

All equipment advertised can be delivered to your home address, ground floor only, for the total summary of £110 ( correct at the time of writing). This price does not increased whether it is 1 item or multiple. First / multiple floors will require an additional charge, please contact us if this includes you.

Upon purchasing you must fill in your 'shipping' details for which the item/s is to be sent to. We will be in touch regarding what days / times delivery can be made. As we use a third party courier service ( correct at time of writing ) we cannot give specific time slots for delivery weeks in advance, it will depend on the couriers route. We will agree a day/s that you are available and the couriers will contact you 24 hours prior to confirm a 3-hour time slot for delivery. You will have to physically accept this via text message/phone or email.

Prior to delivery, you are responsible for informing us of any restrictions regarding access to the property. This may include stairways and/or any narrow lanes and tight bends due to the size of the vehicle delivering ( Typically but not limited to LWB van or LWB Luton ). If it is a work address then we need to know the opening hours. If not provided then we cannot accept any claims for compensation, and you will be liable for delivery charges.

We can't guarantee if there will be an extra pair of hands to help the driver unload the item/s so please make sure you have 1 or 2 persons ready your end to assist unload if needs be.

All items will be very well wrapped up before delivery to provide the most protection during its journey.
